Rare earth accelerators are widely used in the production and processing of rubber industrial products, such as: tires, rubber boards, rubber shoes, soles and other rubber products industry, which can improve the processing properties and physical and chemical properties of rubber.

Dithiocarbamate salts of rare earths in the natural rubber vulcanization accelerator dynamics, mechanical properties and heat aging resistance, with the increase of dosage of rare earth complexes, provides more and more crosslinking precursors, provides more cross-linking bond, has more obvious effect on promoting sulfide, vulcanization rate faster than the corresponding zinc salt. Compared with the vulcanizates using zinc salt as accelerator, the vulcanizates using rare earth accelerator have higher tensile strength and elongation at break, and the aging resistance of rare earth vulcanizates is better than that of zinc salt.

In August 2015, willing launched LaDC, CeDC, EuDC, NdDC and other rare earth promoters, and now has a production line with an annual output of 1000 tons. The launch of rare earth products of dithiocarbamate will provide more possibilities for downstream enterprises to improve the performance of rubber products and develop rubber products with unique functions.
